If you are sure you want to rename it, I suggest that you boot your pc from a floopy. Insert a boot disk and then boot your pc from the boot disk. Then, go to the directory where the file is and rename the file. The command is "ren Cfshellftprds.dll Cfshellftprds.old" without the double quote.
Good luck.
This is a shell extension (setup in the registry) so just deleting
doesn't seem to be a great idea.
You need to find out which application own's it and either
get a fix from the vendor, or uninstall the app (should cleanup the registry).
