Declare function SetVolumeLabel Lib "kernel32" Alias _
"SetVolumeLabelA" (byval lpRootPathName as string, _
byval lpVolumeName as string)

lpRootPathName is the root path ("C:\")
lpVolumeName is the new label
Return value is long, non-zero on success
