I found it, solution:
on the console:
set secure password
this will disable the console security which i truned on accedently.

If the asker had look in his Domino server's notes.ini he had found the password registration line.
Removing that line would remove the Domino console password.
For everyone interested is here the product documentation description about that console password usage:
http://www-12.lotus.com/ldd/doc/domino_notes/Rnext/help6_admin.nsf/855dc7fcfd5fec9a85256b870069c0ab/0c50e423038555d085256c1d003a31f0?OpenDocument
And here an example line from notes.ini produced by command: set secure password
SERVER_CONSOLE_PASSWORD=05 C0FC2F 23F4DD1D 8BD7E6D7 AFEDAF97
Removing that line removes the console password.

Oh, and my recommendation is the same as product documentation recommendation found here:

ok, it's long ago and i might have made a mistake.
Thanks for the points.
Stop the server by stoping the services from OS.
After restart when this password is removed from notes.ini you are free again.
