Package and Deployment Wizard

I package my vb project in "Package and Deployment Wizard 6.0" .

I want that when I run the setup program it will be ask me some properties like: instead of write in the program
Inet.URL="www.yahoo.com" I want the setup program will ask me the text to insert to the program - maybe I want "www.google.com" etc'
How do I do it???

search for setup1.vbp of your computer. open it and modify it to fit your needs.

I have anothet question:
How I program a software that will run as a service
i.e. like the flower of ICQ it holds in the system tray until it detect internet connection when it holds in the system tray it is a process(?=thread) when it opens it became an application in the task bar
I don't want all the program just how to begin...
