I follow this instruction:

To create a reference to the Scripting type library (Scrrun.dll)

On the Project menu, click Add Reference, and then click the COM tab.
Choose Microsoft Scripting Runtime from the Component Name list, and then click Select.
You can now use the Object Browser to view the FSO model's objects, collections, properties, methods, events, and constants.

after i Set oFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

I still does not display a drop down list of members for the preceding variable when i type "oFSO. " in my VS.NET editor, however it does work for these objects:

Set oWSL               = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
Set oNET                = CreateObject("WScript.Network")

any suggestions?

What you has forget todo is your declaration.
  Dim oFSO As Scripting.FileSystemObject
after this you create your object
  set oFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Now it will display the drop down list in VB6 in VS.NET I'm not sure.
