Find an email in outlook

I have a customer how has offices in different cities. All the offices works with the came software. They want that when a customer is registered in one city, he is registered at list the next day in al the cities.
I want to do this with email.
I know already how I most send an email with VB6 but do not know how I can find an email in MSOutlook 98. The email have a specified subject and an attachment with the new customers.

Have you an idea how I can do this.

There are two ways to do this:
1. through Outlook objects in VB.
2. Through CDO objects.
