Thank you Hemanth. &nbsp;I tried to trim any columns that could be removed. Was trying to produce a view that looked similar to an Excel spreadsheet that the users originally worked from. They have the means to fit the information down to size in Excel, unfortunately Notes is not as flexible there.<br />

I will review my options with embedding a view into a form as I have seen through some of the other postings. Maybe that will help.<br />

Perhaps this has already come up in discussion, but I am encountering a limit to printing a view with numerous columns. I had changed my printer settings to landscape, legal sized paper, and even reducing the size to a lower percentage in the hopes I could fit as many of the columns.<br />

I am working with Notes 5.<br />

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix for this?<br />

Lotus Notes View Printing

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
