My mail server is Domino 4.5 and on client side Lotus Notes 4.5.Using VB 6 I want to create a application which will extract all mails from my Lotus Notes account and checks whether the subject title is "Query" written(like in Outlook mail we write the subject name)and extracts the entire matter from the mail, stores it in a variable. Then send a mail using VB 6 code to Lotus Notes back as a reply.

I can certainly help in the sending, http://www.timcottee.tk has in the downloads section, sample code for sending mail using Notes 4.x and 5.02b or higher (different libraries are used for 4.x and 5.x).

As for reading mails from 4.x, this is not necessarily a simple thing. It can easily be achieved in 5.x but the automation libraries are not as simple to use in 4. I will have a look to see if I can knock something up for you.
