Function @ExpandNameList

Hi, I used the function @ExpandNameList to expand a group to all the names. The funny thing is that this function is not listed in help. Can somebody please tell me how this function works exactly. thanks

sorry. I already know the syntax. What I meant was how exactly does the function work. Does it search through all the address books on the server? I noticed that when i only typed part a name, it displays the entire name upon refresh. Why isn't it listed in help?

Here is Lotus's take on this issue:

Note: This @function is undocumented, and therefore, is not supported for use by customers. Areas of Lotus templates which make use of undocumented functions should never be modified by a customer. Notes Support does not recommend that customers make use of undocumented @functions within their own applications. UNDOCUMENTED @FUNCTIONS ARE NOT DOCUMENTED FOR A REASON. Development may decide to change the way the @function works in future releases.
