Secure Outlook web Access

What I mean by secure is this:

1) I can run the web application in the DMZ, NOT on the internal network.

2) The web server will communicate with the internal Exchange server using a single, or a small set, or ports -NOT using the ridiculous dynamic port scheme that Exchange clients normally use.

3) It would have to run on IIS so we don't have to buy a new server.

I don't really care if it's 'Outlook Web Access,' I'm just looking for a web interface to Exchange (at least the mailboxes) that will meet the above criteria.

1) Assuming Exchange 5.5, then yes OWA can be installed on a seperate IIS box. (Exchange 2000 is also a yes, but requires a front/backend solution.  Therefore it will break your constraint on #3.)

2) http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;155831 or http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;148732 should help around that arbitrary ports.

3) OWA requires a working IIS4 or IIS5 box.  I would definitly like to suggestion that you allow for OWA over SSL.
