I have a problm with printing. I am working in finance department. And I want to print details of each apprx 150 employee each on new priprinted stationary. My VB FORM in which I enterd data is excatly same in dimension with printed form, in which I collect details from employee. I store all records in ACCESS.

So my main problem is, I want to give to option.
1 If operator press print Button, it will print details on single printed form.
2 If operator press Print All Button, It will print details of all employee on separate printed form.

What should I have to do for the same? It is necessary to use Crustal Report?

Need your help.

Thanks.

It is not necessary to use Crystal Reports, but it sure will make the job easy!

Before you display the report you can set its selection criteria to either just print the one record, or all of them. I use this technique for quite a lot of my reports

Hi,
If you are using crystal reports then, you have to align the text object so as it matches to the preprinted stationary.get the number of employees details to be printed in a variable(it may be one or many). Make a For...Next loop using that variable. Use designer(.dsr) for this and specify the height and width of the preprinted stationary in designers custom paper size.
