Rich Textbox in VBA(Excel)

I wanted to know if VBA supports RTF Textboxes. I may have to add a activeX control but how do I do that? I looked under additional controls but i didn't see one listed. Any suggestions???

Yes, VBA supports RTBs - but of course you have to have the OCX installed! If you haven't you might want to consider using a webbrowser control instead, which can do anything a RTB can (including receiving input when set to 'design mode')

I was playing with the browser control a bit but i couldn't figure out how to open files with it. Can you show me an example?

Just navigate to the file:

Webbrowser1.navigate2("c:\myfile.txt")
