Was the report built without a printer?

Is the printer icon disabled in the C# code?

In VB you can add a line of code to show the print button
rptCRViewer.EnablePrintButton = True

rptCRViewer is the VB name for the CRViewer control.

The print button is totally unavailable when I'm viewing the report in my browser and there is no CRViewer property that will enable the print button.
Recently I obtained a trial copy of Crystal version 9 and the print button was there in my Crystal viewer but this copy is good only for 30 days. Do you have any other solution so that we don't have to buy another version just for this problem? Thanks in advance.

P.S. We use .NET C# language

We are using Developer Edition of Crystal report 8.5
Also I want to clear that we used the CrystalReportViewer Web Server Control not the Windows ActiveX control.

I tried the SimplePreviewReport sample program but it doesnt show the print button either. Do you think this feature is not realy available in version 8.5? only in version 9.0?

No the print button is available in CR7 and CR8.

I have not used the Web Server Control so I can't comment on whether there is a print button.

Let me continue looking.
