Force close TCP socket

I encounter the case that some unknown process on Solaris 2.8 is listening on a certain port.  I only know the port number and I need to force close it.  How do I do it or how do I find out the process that listens on a port so that I can kill it ?

Get lsof from http://www.sunfreeware.com
for example
lsof -i :80
prints all web server processes

Hope that helps,
