can you give us (actually me as I am the maintainer of OCI8 PHP's extension) regarding your command like usage/options and/or the full PHP code.

It is an interesting question and might as well result into a bug for me to fix for PHP 4.4 release :)

additional notes...

i call the php.exe from a batchfile

@d:\apps\php\php.exe test.php %1

the call works perfect... 'every' other php code works well...

only the oci connect won't work...

perhabs i should test another call method ?

i've got the solution

copy the php.ini file to the apache homedir AND to the php homedir...

maybe if you copy the php.ini file to the win system32 directory it works for browser and cli use...
