This web site should help you setup on demand dailing.
(it's pretty easy but I include this site just in case you run into any other problems :-) )

Thanks, but this does not answer my question,

I did checked the dial on demand, but after restart
The "login screen" appears and without entering my user name and password, no one can initialize the auto
Dial on demand.

(After the login screen, any connection to the internet
works great)

Well, I use ISA not ICS for this kinda thing.

Hmmmmm....You could try auto login of a low level user into the server. But of course this opens a security hole if the server is not behind locked doors. Or use ICS on a Windows 9x system instead of on a server.

Good Luck :-)
