The answer was that the proxy server needed a host file entry pointing FDQN to the internal IP address of the exchange server.<br />
<br />
I was trying to resolve the FDQN using the DNS server located on the outside of the network, therefore resolving the public IP and not the internal IP.<br />

We are attempting to configure an Apache web proxy to access OWA.<br />

We have proxied the virutal directories Exchange, Exchweb, and Public with both proxypass and reverseproxypass. &nbsp;<br />

We are able to authenticat successfully, but the outlook page does not &nbsp;completely show on the screen. &nbsp;We get the frames and that is all.<br />
<br />
We know it is not any type of firewalling issue because when we go directly in to the Exchange server it works fine.<br />
<br />
