Win CE RAS Connection Settings.

Hi there,
I have successfully created a dial up connection with Modem on COM1 using the c++ RasSetEntryProperties method.
My problem is that I have to be then able to set the 'Flow Control' of this connection to 'Software control' without any user interaction?
There does not seem to be any documentation stating how to achieve this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
