Starting Win2K Dial-up connection from Java ?

I have developed Customer Admin System for long distance and
telephone line resellers. There is a central server and a set
of workstations accessing shared folders on the server.
Some workstations access the server shares over LAN and
some over the dial-up. Until now the dial-up had to be
started manually which is no longer acceptable. The default dial-up connection on the workstations is for the
internet access and there is a non-default one to access
our server. Is there a way to start a non-default dial-up connection on Win2000Pro workstation from my Java
application ? Perhaps there is a command line which can do that so I could call it from Java ? Thanks for your help.
