I have a large Groupwise 6 network and wish to load test my system with 5000 new user accounts. This test will utilize the new accounts and create tons of communications in all mailboxes including tasks, appointments, mail and all other features of
GW6. Is there a way to automate the cleanup of these accouts without having to manually re-create them or "touch" each account? (PS-we dont want to use the API Gateway as we have had no luck on other projects on this one) Also the accounts are on several post offices in different domains all on the same system mixed with live users, there is access to a list of all accounts and passwords.

There is no sure way in removing such a large number of test accounts in your GW domain. This will have to be done manual, through NWADMIN. The reason for this is that the PO's must be propagated and domains sync. One way that I have done was to use NWadmin and go to each PO and remove the accounts not one by one, but you can select by doing a (Edited by Computer101)-click on the list of accounts that can be removed all this is tedious this is the safest way to have it done. If you think this may take too much time, you may have luck with Tay Kratzer which I have worked with in the past. But be advise, since Tay works with Novell his fees may be steep.

Most importantly as I said before, your PO will need to propagate and this will cause much traffic, it is best to conduct this during off hours so syncronization is correct.

We ended up using a third party tool but inherent to GroupWise the only way would be manual. We did the manual clean up via an automated tool.
