The "Spell Check" button in the toolbar is shadowed..........when I click it, nothing happens.  Can I reinstall the "Spell Check" feature only?  I've tried reinstalling Explorer 6 and it doesn't help.  Thanks.

this is not a c++ question is it?

but the problem is that you have to have Microsoft Office Installed in order for you to have Spell checking, it's not available unless you ahve office on your machine.

You should try re-installing Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

Your version of office 2000 does have Microsoft Word in it right (i know it's a silly question, but you never know)
