How to setup x-Windows on a Windows XP m/c?

Feel free to ask more, I have many hours of practice on X-Win on XP. Different flavors of Linux and installing KDE2 on Windows.
Although i like cygwin, it tends to get a bit heavy, lots of
downdload, the redhat projects have someting simpler, one-file-download type of thing it's called win32-X11
