preventing other programs to send emails

Im using OfficeXP...
When an email is sent using Access, or VB... supposed to be, outlook will prompt the user if he will allow this.  Well, it's not...
how can i configure my Outlook XP to have this security? please don't give me links to articles. i want straight answers. t.y.

(Outlook XP does not need the Outlook Email Security Update because it is already included)

Start-Run-SFC /scannow may fix this.
It also may be fixed with an Outlook Repair.  In Outlook, click Help-Detect And Repair.
Also do a virus check - http://housecall.antivirus.com
The biggest question here is how you managed to get rid of the email security.  You have the opposite problem of MANY here (including myself).

That's an easy fix for everything.  You could have done that without any advice at all (and did).

sorry but i have to do that... deadlines you know.

i've reproduced the problem. i want to tell you the cause, but u're too arrogant.

i'll just post the solution to a anyone who posts the opposite problem that i had.

Not arrogant.  Just tired of giving advice that is ignored and trying to help solve problems with no feedback from the questioner.  Do whatever you want.

ignored? i said... i'd try it.. i did.. but it didn't work. No feedback...? see the 2nd comment that i posted.

If I were perfect I would be able to tell what the initial problem and solution are.  I am not, therefore some troubleshooting is necessary.  Comment #2 is hardly feedback.

so what's your problem then? a poor feedback for a poor advise. you simply said to run outlook repair. i did.. and it simply set to the default customizations of office and did not re-configured any security settings.
