rolling demos - flash or screencam

I am wanting to create a rolling demo of my program with voiceovers.

i have experience with two programs. flash and screencam but am very rusty.

which would be better?

I like flash because you are able to do it via frames. and unlike screencam if you are unsteady it can look stupid and then you have to start from scratch.

however can flash record from another program?

any ideas on a better way to do a rolling demo?

The perfect application for you would be Camtasia Studio take a look at www.techsmith.com it comprises of a suite of tools including a very good screen capture module, with the ability to save out final production as a flash file.
