you could take the mapping out of your login script, and them only map them (manually or with a different script) before you use your legacy application. <br />
i'm not sure how were you thinking of this working? when would you disable the script? always?

I have a small network, of windows 2000 servers and workstations,..<br />

My workstation runs some legacy application, which require mapped network drives for functioning.<br />

Often, my machine has to be restarted,<br />

I want to know is, how to disable restoring mapped drive connection on startup, as it stops my logon process.<br />
I restore them using a batch file.<br />
