Glyph Editor ???

Hi all,

Anyone knows if exists a Glyph editor, or how to make a glyph in another graphic app, without losing resolution ??

Thanx all.
1 Solution
Any Graphic Editor can make a Glyph, for example, Corel PHOTOPAINT. Draw whatever you want, in any resolution you want. Then, resample it to 16 x 16 format. It's done!
It will loose resolution, of course, because it's a 16 x 16 bitmap only. But, making a larger picture and then resample it, is a very fine method to get good 16 x 16 bitmaps.
Don't forget to set up higher color rates. 16 color or 256 color rates don't make very good Glyphs.
Yes eny editor but the delphi image editor is wwry nice tool here is what u must do

With delphi u have a   image editor

Start a image editor
go to file
set the width to 16
set the height to 16
chose colors to 256

and you are there

u mey also edit some existing gluphs in
c:\Borland\Borland Shared\Images\Buttons

Inpotant !!
It is not a good idea to use more then 256 colors if you dont know where your aplication will work
