Syncing Time on Network

I'm having the hardest keeping my servers synchronized in my domain. is there a sure fire way to do this, without having to run batch commands ? what i've done is used the net time command in a batch file and scheduled it thru scheduler to keep the servers synched, this is not a solution that i want to make permenant, how can i ensure that my domain is always synchronized.

actually a batch file isn't a bad way to go, especially for NT/w98 boxes

Alberta Beef can you elaborate on how you do this ?
isn't there a way in Active directory to make one server the time server and have the other severs in teh domain synchronize to it ?
