I am building my own pc i need some help!

Is there any downloadble guide on the net, to tell me everything step by step to building a new computer, it will have a gogabyte 7va motherboard, amd athlon xp1700+, 128mb pc 266mhz ram, supposed to have pc3200, but told it will do, and a geforce 2 64mb mx 400 agp, still need to buy a case any help will be greatfully appreciated!

Hi!

I'd suggest you get at least 256 Mb of RAM.
But better still would be 512Mb.

If you plan on playing any newer Games you might want to consider getting a ATI Radeon 9000 instead of a geforce2.

It dosen't cost too much and is still alot quicker than geforce2.

But really don't go for less than 256Mb RAM, at least if you are going to use ME, or XP.

thanx for ur help, why has this question appered twice i only asked it once! i will upgrade to 512mb later when i have the cash i am only 14, very limited budget besides it is pc 3200 ram that i need i have gone for pc266, i think the geforce2 will be alright for most games it is 64mb!
