Displaying Text at a Location Relative to Pixels in an Image

How do I display text by supplying (X,Y) coordinates that are in relation to a scaled image in a PictureBox?  I don't care how I do it, it just needs to be accurate.  Thanks.

    .ScaleMode = vbPixels
    .CurrentX = 15
    .CurrentY = 15
