Creating a dial-up connection

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to write a little VB application that a user can run to create a dial-up connection on their computer.  And I don't mean a program that IS a dial-up connection.  I mean a program that creates a properly configured dial-up connection for later use in their Dial-up Network or Network Connections etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.  I work at an ISP and they've suddenly given me the task of writing something that will allow any average bonehead to create a dial-up connection but I've never really used that aspect of VB.
