Transferring mail messages from OE to Outlook

I'm trying to migrate my inlaw's email from WIN98/OutlookExpress (6.0) PC to new WINXP PRO/Outlook (2002) Computer.  I copied the .dbx files but can't figure out how to get them all imported into Outlook.  The import process seems to proceed as one might expect but I only get some of the mail messages; 438 of what must be roughly 2000.  There are 103 .dbx files and only some of the folders get imported.  Any ideas would be greatly apprecited.

1. you copy the whole applicationdata\......folder and now try to import the mails from there in oe in the new should happen.Check disk space should be free.
And then from oe export to outlook2002.
2.I don't know whether you can load outlook2002 in old comp end get all messages exported to outlook in the old comp and then just copy the pst file from old comp to new comp.I think you should able to solve your problem now.
