I have just installed SP3 on my SQL server and the only thing I did not check was a couple of OpenQuerys to the Active Directory that populate MIS online forms.  I am getting this error:
***************
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]OLE DB error trace [OLE/DB Provider 'ADSDSOObject' ICommandPrepare::Prepare returned 0x80040e14].

/PortalX/MIS/Inventory/add_rec.asp, line 136
**************
Anyone know how to fix this?
