create class derived from "CollectionBase" class
and add your own methods for inserting/removing/serching items to collection
for ex. :
public class myCollection : CollectionBase
{
 public PTValueCollection()
 {
 }
 public myValue this[string Name]
 {
  get
   {
   return FindVal(Name);
   }
  set
   {
   SetVal(Name,value);
   }
 }
 private myValue FindVal(string Name)
 {
  myValue  tmp;
  for(int i=0;i<List.Count ;i++)
  {
  tmp = (myValue ) List[i];
  if(tmp.Name == Name)
    return tmp;
  }
  return null;
 }
}

public class myValue
{
  public PTValue()
  {
  }
  public string Name;
  public string Value;
}
