Hi,
I have a JVC DVD Drive. It doesnt read any DVD at all i.e. when I insert any DVD it doesnt get recognised and the systems gets hanged.I'm using it in Windows 2000 .but my DVD Drive reads other normal CD-ROMs without any problem. Can anyone suggest a solution for this?

Abdul,
Had a similar problem with a Samsung only reading CD-ROMs and hanging with DVDs.  Tried it on several systems with same problem. Returned it to retail store and they exchanged it,,,problem solved.
