Printing
Hi,
I have a HP Laser printer connected to a Print Server on a Cat5 network.
The Print Server has an IP address assigned to it.
From any of the PCs on the network I want to be able to print
to the printer on the Print Server, using a Delphi app that I have written.
How can I locate the Printer and send a print job to it?
Do I send a print job to the print queue of the printer and if so
how can I find the printer on the network to do this?
Do I need to install the printer on each of the PCs to be able
to see it or do I find the IP address and how do I go about this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Many Thanks
