AIX 4.3.3 CD burner

We are currently using a Jodian CD burning software which is pretty much outdated. They have a new version available, but I would be interested if other folks here use CD burners on AIX and what system they are using. We don't do production or backup, I just have to burn bootable CDs in our development process.
The only other system I found until now comes from Gear Software with a hefty price :-(

All feedback welcome ...

I hope that someone out here has a good answer.

We're also an AIX shop.  Our "solution" for burning CDs is to download the file to a Windows or Linux workstation and burn the CD from there.

But we don't do it a lot.  We have over 1TB of DASD (which is being expanded to 5+) and a silo with 20+TB (being expanded to 1,200 TB).

640MB goes into 1,200,000,000MB a lot of times.  ;)

Right now I have to offer:
http://www.jodian.com a AIX 4.3.3 system with free upgrade, price about $1400
http://www.gearsoftware.com/products/prounix/index.cfm for AIX price about $1500

Thanks griessh,

If we find the need to start burning more CDs than we do now I'll pursue these.

Kdo.

P.S.  Nice handle -- does it have an explanation?

<LOL> It's an abbreviation of my last name (I am German) and our first sys admin had only 7 characters for us under SUN OS 4. That got stuck!

BTW: we are using a jodian system since 1997 now and it just recently started falling apart :-(

I guess that's it ... I'll ask for a refund in CS if there aren't any objections.
