Indentify if port is open Visual Basic 6
Hi, I’m trying to identify if a port is open for connect. I’m using VB 6, any comments will be appreciated.
The idea is I have 2 text boxes and 1 button.
Enter the ip and port number then click the button.
Then return true of false.
I’m at a loss

It's a personal firewall with example code. This should give you enough information to monitor a port.
