ROBOCOPY.EXE download for Windows XP PRO. Where?

I'm looking for a link to a web site where I can download a copy of Robocopy.exe for use with Windows XP PRO. I understand that it is located in the Resource Kit for Windows 2000. I found one site but cannot get in. Busy. Prefer English site.

I downloaded both files and they appear to be the same version 1.96. Soooooooooooo, first come first serve, CrazyOne. You have assisted me before. Thanks to both of you.

You might want to check my current open question (300 points) concerning RAID mirroring technology under Topic - STORAGE. I really need some good advice here. It's related to this question.
