Exch 2000 / OL 2000, I have created a public folder for a customer, they want to be able to send as this folder, they are the owners of the folder and have full access to it. <br />

The folder has been added as a contact, when they send mail as the folder they get - do not have permissions to send on behalf of the folder.<br />

I thought that you could only send as a folder not on behalf of, why are they getting this message? <br />

When I try it works ok, but I have admin rights to the server. What am I doing wrong?
