IBM Thinlpad 390E

Is there any way that I can reset the bios password, with out remembering previous password

There is a jumper on the motherboard (or perhaps a rocker switch combo) that will permit you to reset this. It is important to put the jumper/switch back to original configuation once the password is cleared. Please consult your motherboard's User Manual. IBM often posts jumper information in the lid of the system case, as well.

1. Power off the computer.
2. Remove the battery pack and AC Adapter.
3. Remove the backup battery (RTC) for 20
minutes or use a screwdriver to touch the
backup battery (RTC) for 1 second.
4. Put back the backup battery (RTC).
5. Power on the computer and wait until POST
ends.
6. Verify that the password prompt does not
appear.

thanks awesome manual for taking apart.
Unfortunately it is board password and therefore It needs replacing
