CodeDOM: Can't get an ICodeParser reference

The code couldn't be more straightforward:

   CodeDomProvider codeProvider = new CSharpCodeProvider();
   ICodeGenerator codeGenerator = codeProvider.CreateGenerator();
   ICodeParser parser = codeProvider.CreateParser();

parser is null -- What am I doing wrong?

I try to find the definition of CSharpCodeProvider in object browser and "CreateParser" function is not implemented.
The same situation in VBCodeProvider.
If you need a parser you can use a free version based on project Mono:
