You should be able to find what you need from Conexant's website at:

http://www.conexant.com/customer/md_driverassistance.html

Hope that helps

Hi,

I want to thank everyone for the additional links to get the proper drivers.  The original or first link given to the Conexant's website allowed me to quickly get the drivers needed for the modem.  I kept the other links for future reference.

Thanks again everyone for the great help.
