Adding users from a text file in Windows 2000

I am familliar with adduser.exe from the BORK under NT4. Does the same functionality exist in W2k server and what are the minimum fields i should poulate into users.txt to maximize the speed of bring W2k on line

I have 150 users to add into a new AD system over a weekend.
