Sure...You can use CreateProcess API

STARTUPINFO oStartupInfo = {0};
          oStartupInfo.cb = sizeof( STARTUPINFO );
          PROCESS_INFORMATION oProcessInformation = {0};

          CString csApplicationName, csBuffer;

CreateProcess( ( LPCTSTR ) csApplicationName, // name of executable module
               ( LPTSTR )( LPCTSTR ) csBuffer, // command line string
               NULL,                              // SD
               NULL,                              // SD
               FALSE,                              // handle inheritance option
               NORMAL_PRIORITY_CLASS,          // creation flags
               NULL,                              // new environment block
               NULL,                              // current directory name
               &oStartupInfo,                    // startup information
               &oProcessInformation          // process information
               );
          ShowWindow(SW_HIDE);
          WaitForSingleObject(oProcessInformation.hProcess, INFINITE);

Good Luck

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
