How do I restrict replies to mail sent from a particular group in Lotus Notes?

If you put the group you're sending to in the bcc field, then replies by the people who get the mail will only come to you.

If you create a field called "replyto" then replies sent will go to that address, but a "replytoall" will still send to all recipients (see above).

Otherwise, you basically can't restrict someone's ability to send mail, which is what a reply is.

You can mark a message "do not copy" and then the replies will not contain a copy of the body of the message (this is an option on the email form).   This can be overriden by someone that really knows the product well.
