Outlook 2k Connectivity with Hosted Exchange 2k

Recently transitioned 20 Win98, Win Me, and Win XP machines to Hosted Exchange solution, using Outlook 2000 CW Edition. Getting random connectivity issues from machine to machine. Different machines every day having these problems; Upon starting Outlook..."cannot connect to Exchange Server, select "retry", "work offline". Sometimes "retry" works, sometimes not and tasking out of Outlook is the only way to get it to stop. Then, some can connect first try and later in the day they lose connection. Have 1.5 SDSL in place, so bandwidth shouldn't be the issue. Is the RPC Binding Order the issue? Should I change the Reg Setting to NetBios first in the RPC Binding Order, then TCP/IP? And, will this work for all machines?
