JPCAP how to use it ?

I have downloaded Jpcap.zip and had a look around now i want to use this package to make a simple project in Java
How Should i go about it .Kindly state itstep by step as I am a bit new to this

 Either unzip the zip file and put its contents in the classpath or put the zip file itself in the classpath. Then import the classes like you do with any other java classes.
