Can I use Java to create a single web page which will automatically set the desktop wallpaper to a corporate image stored in c:\windows on win 95/98 OS?<br />
Or is there another way.<br />
I want to &quot;force&quot; this &quot;new&quot; wallpaper on the end user to follow company dictates.<br />

Set Wallpaper using java?
