I wrote an appliction in vb which should be licensed.
All I want is, that by pressing the register button in my application, it sends the userdata to my webserver which will log this "request" in an logfile or s.th like this.
Does anyone know how to realize this?

Probably easiest if you launch the default webbrowser for the user, passing an url encoding any data you want transferred. Most people frown on random programs accessing the internet even if they have hit a "register" button, and this neatly sidesteps that issue.
