Hi,
My mail server is running Postfix. Please recommend me the solution for filtering the spam.

One of the most effective things you could do would be to use RBL servers to block mail coming from open relays.  My favorite is 'relays.ordb.org'.

Also, take a look at SpamAssassin for additional filtering (although I do not recommend rejecting mail based on its result.. just let it flag messages and let your users decide what to do afterwards):
